Fine work here Simon.Thoroughly enjoyed.
Hm. This will sound sappy (especially since i have no critical fervor/expertise/idiolect to id the line breaks or the elisions or the polymorphism) but i feel obliged to say that i enjoyed (appreciated) the gudrun sonnets all the more on my second read. thanks for making this available for free.
sciolistMany thanks for your comments! I'm sorry I've not got back to you sooner. Not reading my own blog properly. There are another 12 sonnets (which conclude the cycle) here: http://issuu.com/walkingintheceiling/docs/ensslin_2Thanks again. Out of interest - I wanted to work with the way Ensslin was a kind of pin-up & with the sonnet as 'typical' love poem; with the myth of Narcissus as somehow suiciding for self-love & The RAF 'suicided' by the State.Does that come across, at all?Cheers, Simon
